RMGA Position Statement on the "Big Beautiful Bill"

The Rocky Mountain Goat Alliance and its Board of Directors value the broader hunting and conservation community and appreciate the collective efforts to retain and protect our Public Lands. These lands and habitat are critical to the health of mountain goats. The public lands sales that are proposed in this bill pose a direct threat to the future of mountain goat populations, the integrity of alpine ecosystems, and the equitable public access to the wild lands that define the American West and Alaska.
